All About The Angry Video Game Nerd

It all started back in 2004 with a couple of videos that James Rolfe did for fun. He unintentionally started a series of reviews of bad video games. He was known as the Angry Nintendo Nerd at the time. He was brought aboard on ScrewAttack where his videos are posted, which brought more viewers.

In the beginning

James Rolfe setup his site, Cinemassacre, which held his videography on his horror movies he made. It wasn’t getting many exposure as he was hoping. In the mean time, he made a series of videos, originally intended to be a joke, that made him soon to become an internet celebrity.

James created his Youtube account on April 6th, 2006 and uploaded the first three video game reviews (Castlevania 2, Dr. Jeckyl and Mr Hyde, and Karate Kid)
